“Everyone was very kind and considerate to me as usual. However, today the staff went the extra mile. It was has been extremely hot outside and my car’s air conditioner gave out today so I was entirely drenched in sweat. They gave me a few small bottled waters to make certain that I was hydrated. Afterwards, they even received my phone for me since I had left it in the examination room. They were perfectly pleasant and helpful.”
